FAQs & Helpful Info

Is my date available & how do I book?

Please email our wedding coordinator HERE to confirm that your date is available before completing the Bridal Agreement. If we are available and you are ready to book, please complete the Bridal Agreement and we will get everything scheduled. Bookings are based on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot save a date unless we have a completed agreement on file plus a deposit or credit card on file.

How do I know how many stylists / makeup artists I will need?

You can make a mock schedule allowing 45 minutes for each service and 1 hour each for brides services. If you need help with this part, please email our wedding coordinator HERE.

Can I cancel or add appointments once I am booked?

Cancellations up to 30 days prior to appointments will be charged at 50%. Cancellations within 30 days of appointments and/or missed appointments will be charged at 100%. You are welcome to substitute another person instead of canceling an appointment to avoid cancelation fee. Add-on appointments are based on availability and will be subject to standard booking fee. If you would like to make any revisions to the schedule, please email our wedding coordinator HERE.

Do you have any photos or a portfolio of your work?

Where do you travel to for hair and makeup?

For weddings in Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, Granby and Grand Lake, travel fees are listed on our Weddings Page

For weddings outside of these areas, please email our wedding coordinator HERE for pricing.

Can I have a trial before I book for the wedding?

Trials are not required. You can have a trial before booking for your wedding however we cannot guarantee that the date will still be available if you wait until after the trial. We recommend doing the trial within a month of the wedding. That way it is fresh in everyone's mind and your preferences haven't changed.

Day of Wedding Tips

How can we be ready for hair and makeup?

Share the schedule with your wedding party the day prior and let everyone know to be ready with CLEAN DRY HAIR and clean moisturized face. Styles will hold best with mousse or styling gel applied before blow-drying. This can be purchased at The Salon prior if needed. For on location services, please have an adequate space for each stylist/makeup artist with good lighting, a nearby table or space for tools/supplies and close proximity to an electrical outlet. We also recommend wearing a button up shirt as to not disturb hair or makeup when changing.

Let us know where to find you

Please email us the day prior to give us the address and room number of the place you will be getting ready. We arrive 15 minutes early to set up in most cases if possible.
